Hi,James.I got a question : Is it harmful to our vertebra when squat heavy weight all the way down to the bottom ?
I saw the woman in the video rounding her lower back a bit much at bottom.
Thanks for reply and
Merry Christmas!!

Do you mean arching her lower back? Because I don't see much rounding of her back at all.

To keep your spine safe, your lower back should straight or with a slight arch.

I mean like at 0:50 0:58 & 1:05...etc at the bottom of squat. The rounding of her spine near her hip.
Is it ok because it seems not to be avoidable when squat all the way down?

There is no rounding of her spine at the bottom. Perhaps this will help you figure the difference between rounding and arching:

Squat forms

Rounding the back is illustrated by the figure in the upper right hand corner. The girl in the video is squatting correctly and safely.
