3 Resistance Band Curls
Here's a resistance band curl triset that will pump up the biceps. You can substitute a low cable if you don’t have a band:
1. Behind the Head Curls (targets the brachialis)
2. Squatting Curls
3. Floor Curls
Bracing the elbows against the floor or on your knees locks the upper arms in place and targets the biceps real hard.
